1. In about 1–2 glasses of water add meat, laziza Pulao Biryani Masala (one bag only), cover, and cook on low flame till the meat is tender, (when the meat is tender about 1 cup of curry should remain in the utensil. If less add the required water.
2.  Now pour and spread the yogurt over the cooked meat and curry.
3. Separately boil soaked rice in 12 glasses of hot water with 2–3 tablespoons of salt till half tender. Drain water thoroughly. Now mix the milk in the rice spread the rice over the meat and sprinkle food color.
4. Fry sliced onion in the ghee/oil till it becomes golden to light brown and pours along with the oil over the rice. Cover and cook on low flame till the rice is fully cooked/tender.
5. Mix well before serving.
6. Enjoy delicious Delhi-style Pulao Biryani with raita and salad.
